JLU MAGNAFLOW EXHAUST SKID - 4 door 392 HEMI ALUMINUM

The Artec Alpha Series Magnaflow Exhaust Skid (JL4119) runs along the frame of the 392 HEMI-powered four-door Jeep Wrangler JLU to armor the mid-section of a Magnaflow exhaust. It fills the section between the main 392 bellypan and the rear muffler, so the exhaust routing that the standard skid leaves exposed is protected from rocks and trail debris.

Fitment & Compatibility

Fits the four-door Jeep Wrangler JLU 6.4L 392 HEMI (2021-present) running a Magnaflow exhaust. This frame-side skid is meant to be combined with the base 392 aluminum bellypan and the rear Magnaflow Muffler & Tip Skid (JL4120) for end-to-end exhaust coverage. It is cut for Magnaflow routing and is not intended for the factory or other aftermarket exhausts.

What does this skid cover versus the muffler skid?
The exhaust skid (JL4119) runs along the frame to guard the mid exhaust routing, while the Muffler & Tip Skid (JL4120) covers the rear muffler and tip. Together they complete Magnaflow protection on the 392.

Will it fit a non-Magnaflow exhaust?
No. It is contoured to the Magnaflow exhaust routing on the four-door 392 JLU. Other exhausts route differently and are not supported.

Is welding needed?
No. It bolts to zinc-plated steel brackets with hand tools; no welding or cutting required.

Do I still need the base bellypan?
Yes. This is an add-on to the Alpha Series system. Run it with the 392 bellypan and rear muffler skid, or start with the combined 392 Bellypan with Magnaflow Exhaust Skid kit.
