JLU Full Bellypan With Oil Door - 4 door 2.0L ALUMINUM 2018+
Artec's Alpha Series full bellypan gives the four-door Jeep Wrangler JLU with the 2.0L turbo a continuous plate of 1/4-inch aluminum underbody armor. It shields the oil pan, transmission, transfer case, and fuel tank as one flush system, and the built-in oil door means routine maintenance doesn't require pulling the skid.
Key Features
- 1/4" 6061 T6 heat-treated aluminum skid panels for maximum impact resistance at roughly a third the weight of comparable steel armor
- 3/16" zinc-plated steel mounting brackets that bolt to factory frame points
- Integrated oil door lets you change the oil without dropping the skid
- Modular, no-overlap panel design so any single skid can come off without pulling the whole system
- Reverse-engineered from factory CAD data and 3D Creaform laser scans, then CNC laser cut and formed for a tight OEM-matched fit
- Countersunk Artec hardware threaded to match OEM bolt sizes
- Added fuel-tank support strap eliminates the factory tank drop and picks up ground clearance over the stock plastic trays
Fitment & Compatibility
Fits the four-door Jeep Wrangler JLU (2018 and up) with the 2.0L turbo four-cylinder. It is cut for the 2.0L oil pan; 3.6L, diesel, and 392 owners need their engine-specific version. The exhaust and eTorque skid modules are available for 2018+ four-door 3.6L and 2.0L JLUs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this shaped for the 2.0L specifically?
Yes. The front skid is cut for the 2.0L turbo oil pan, so it will not interchange with the 3.6L, diesel, or 392 bellypans.
Can I add an exhaust skid?
Yes. The 2.0L four-door can run the JLU 3.6L/2.0L/392 Exhaust Skid as part of the same modular Alpha Series system.
Does the oil door work for filter changes?
Yes. It opens for both draining oil and reaching the filter without unbolting the plate.
Any welding required?
No. It bolts to factory frame mounts with the supplied countersunk hardware.
Why aluminum?
The 1/4-inch 6061 T6 aluminum offers heavy impact protection with far less weight than steel and no rust.
