JL T-CASE/FUEL SKID ONLY - 2 door 3.6L, 2.0L ALUMINUM 2018+
This Alpha Series skid (SKU JL4196) armors the fuel tank and transfer case on the 2-door Jeep Wrangler JL. Unlike overlapping factory-style tins, it is a no-overlap design with an engineered crossmember and an integrated fuel-tank strap that eliminates tank drop, so the whole rear belly acts as one rigid, flat surface. It fits 2018-and-newer 2-door JL models on the 3.6L or 2.0L drivetrain.

Fitment & Compatibility
Fits the 2-door Jeep Wrangler JL (2018-present) with the 3.6L Pentastar or 2.0L turbo engine. This is the transfer-case and fuel-tank section; add the matching oil-pan skid for front-of-belly protection or the full bellypan for continuous coverage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this fit 4-door Wranglers?
No. This is the 2-door JL version. Four-door owners should use the JLU 4-door T-Case/Fuel skid instead.
What is the fuel-tank strap for?
It cradles and secures the fuel tank so it cannot drop or shift when the skid takes a hard hit, keeping the tank protected and the belly flat.
Does it cover the oil pan too?
No. This section covers the fuel tank and transfer case. Pair it with the JL oil skid with oil door (2.0L) for the front of the belly.
Is welding required?
No. It bolts to factory points with Artec's OEM-thread countersunk hardware; no cutting or welding for a standard install.
