JL Full Bellypan With Oil Door - 2 door 2.0L ALUMINUM 2018+
Artec's Alpha Series full bellypan turns the underside of a two-door Jeep Wrangler JL into a single continuous plate of 1/4-inch aluminum armor. Built for the 2.0L turbo two-door, it ties the oil pan, transmission, transfer case, and fuel tank together under one flush skid so nothing hangs down to catch on a ledge. The integrated oil door keeps routine maintenance simple.
Key Features
- 1/4" 6061 T6 heat-treated aluminum skid panels for maximum impact resistance at roughly a third the weight of comparable steel armor
- 3/16" zinc-plated steel mounting brackets that bolt to factory frame points
- Integrated oil door lets you change the oil without dropping the skid
- Modular, no-overlap panel design so any single skid can come off without pulling the whole system
- Reverse-engineered from factory CAD data and 3D Creaform laser scans, then CNC laser cut and formed for a tight OEM-matched fit
- Countersunk Artec hardware threaded to match OEM bolt sizes
- Added fuel-tank support strap eliminates the factory tank drop and picks up ground clearance over the stock plastic trays
Fitment & Compatibility
Fits the two-door Jeep Wrangler JL (2018 and up) with the 2.0L turbo four-cylinder. It is cut for the 2.0L oil pan and two-door wheelbase; four-door JLU owners and 3.6L, diesel, or 392 owners need the matching version of this kit.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit a two-door 3.6L JL?
No. This kit is shaped around the 2.0L turbo oil pan. A 3.6L two-door needs the 3.6L version, which is split by model year because the oil pan changed across production.
Does the oil door really work?
Yes. The front skid has a hinged oil door so you can drain the oil and reach the filter without unbolting the plate.
Do I need to weld anything?
No. Everything bolts to factory frame points with the included countersunk Artec hardware. It is a bolt-on install.
How much ground clearance does it add?
Because the panels sit flush and replace the drooping factory plastic trays, you gain clearance under the belly and lose the snag points, though exact numbers depend on your lift and tires.
Is it noticeably heavier than stock?
The 1/4-inch 6061 T6 aluminum adds real protection while keeping weight far below an equivalent steel bellypan, so the penalty is modest for full-belly armor.
