The JL Front and Rear Truss Package bundles Artec Industries' front and rear APEX axle armor for the Jeep Wrangler JL into one kit, and includes free rear LCA skids on top of a free front axle skid. It combines the complete JL/JT APEX Front Axle Armor Kit with the JL APEX Rear Axle Truss, reinforcing both factory JL housings so they can survive big tires and hard wheeling. This is the one-order answer for a JL owner who wants both axles trussed at once.

• Includes the full front JL/JT APEX Front Axle Armor Kit: APEX front truss, front LCA skids and inner C gussets
• Front APEX truss is CNC laser-cut from 1/8" mild steel (about 6 lbs) with a patent-pending peaked top that is more rigid than a flat-top truss
• Front LCA skids are 1/4" steel and the inner C gussets are 3/16" steel
• Adds the JL APEX Rear Axle Truss to reinforce the rear housing with the same drop-in, weld-on design
• Includes free front axle skid (JL Shield CAD skid) and free JL Rear LCA Skids
• Both APEX trusses require roughly 70% less welding than previous designs and support wheeling of up to 40-inch tires on stock JL axles

Fitment & Compatibility

Built for the Jeep Wrangler JL (2018-present). Select the variant that matches your trim: JL3110 for JL Sport/Sahara (Dana 30/M186 front), JL4510 for JL Rubicon (US/Canada) and related trims, and JL4511 for the corresponding Sport/Overland and non-US/Canada Rubicon applications. It fits the factory JL front and rear axles and is not intended for Extreme Recon, Mojave or non-OEM aftermarket axles without modification.

Is welding required?
Yes. Both APEX trusses are weld-on and require competent welding to the axle housing, including the cast center section and inner Cs, with preheating to about 400°F and a slow cool-down recommended.
