JK JL JT HIGH CLEARANCE FRONT BUMPER with HOOP
The Artec JK JL JT High Clearance Front Bumper with Hoop takes Artec's stubby high-clearance winch bumper and adds a 1.75" DOM tube hoop for grille and light protection. Built from 1/4" and 3/16" CNC laser-cut steel, it trims the front frame horns for a steep approach angle while the reinforced hoop shields the grille and gives you a mounting point for lighting.

Fitment & Compatibility
Fits the Jeep Wrangler JK/JKU (2007-2018), Wrangler JL/JLU (2018-present), and Gladiator JT (2020-present). Installation involves drilling and trimming 5.25" from the front frame horns; the bumper then bolts to the modified frame and is anchored by an internal PEM plate. What does the hoop add over the standard bumper?
The 1.75" DOM tube hoop, reinforced with plate-steel gussets, protects the grille and gives you a place to mount lighting. Otherwise it shares the same 1/4"/3/16" steel structure and winch mount as the no-hoop version.
Is frame cutting required?
Yes. Like the standard high clearance bumper, it requires drilling and trimming 5.25" off the front frame horns, then bolts to the modified frame via an internal PEM plate.
What does it weigh?
Approximately 65 lbs - about 10 lbs more than the no-hoop version because of the added tube hoop and gussets.
Which winches are compatible?
Winches comparable to a Warn Zeon fit the 1/4" integrated winch mount. Offset-drum winches are not compatible.
