This Artec APEX Front Super Duty Swap Kit carries all the brackets and the peaked-top truss needed to put a 2005-and-later Ford Super Duty front Dana 60 under a Jeep JK, JL or JT Gladiator. It turns a junkyard or aftermarket one-ton front axle into a bolt-under-the-Jeep proposition, giving you the knuckles, unit bearings and shaft strength to run 40in tires without grenading factory-class components.

Fits the Jeep Wrangler JK (2007-2018), Jeep Wrangler JL (2018-present) and Jeep Gladiator JT (2020-present) when installing a 2005-or-newer Ford Super Duty front Dana 60 axle. It is specific to the 2005+ Super Duty knuckle and casting; for the earlier axle use the 1999-2004 Super Duty version of this kit. Three upper-link configurations are offered: an Adjustable Truss Upper Link Mount (single) for a 3-link, RockJock Johnny Joints in the factory location, or Daystar bushings in the factory location.

Which axle does this kit fit?
It is built around the 2005-and-newer Ford Super Duty front Dana 60. If your donor axle is a 1999-2004 Super Duty, order that version instead, as the castings differ.
Will it work on my JK, JL and Gladiator?
Yes. The bracket set is designed to place a 2005+ Super Duty 60 under the Jeep Wrangler JK, Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT.
What is the difference between the three variants?
They change how the upper link attaches: an adjustable truss mount for a custom 3-link, RockJock Johnny Joints in the factory upper location, or Daystar bushings in the factory upper location. Pick the one that matches your suspension plan.
Do I have to weld it on?
Yes. The truss and brackets weld to the Super Duty housing, which is cast in places; preheat cast sections and weld in stages to avoid cracking and warp.
What do I still need to buy?
