Jam nut 3-4 in - 16 tpi

This 3/4"-16 jam nut is the lock that keeps a 3/4-inch rod end from ever spinning loose. Run it up the threads and jam it against an Artec threaded tube insert and your tie rod, drag link, or adjustable control arm holds its set length no matter how hard the suspension cycles. It comes in both left-hand and right-hand thread so you can build a link that adjusts to length by turning a single joint.

Left-hand or right-hand, which do I need?
An adjustable link uses one of each so it can be turned to length without unbolting. Match each jam nut to the thread hand of the corresponding 3/4"-16 tube adapter on that end.

What does the jam nut actually do?
After you set link length, it is tightened against the tube insert to lock the rod end so it cannot rotate and change your alignment on the trail.

Is this compatible with Artec 3/4" rod ends?
