The Artec Bantam Series High Clearance Comp Rear Bumper is the maximum-clearance version of Artec's modular 3/16" steel rear bumper for the Jeep Gladiator JT. Unlike the No-Cut version, the Comp bumper trims the rear bedsides so the corner pods tuck in even tighter - the setup competition and hardcore trail rigs run when departure angle matters more than keeping the factory sheet metal.
Key Features
- 3/16" steel construction, CNC laser cut and formed
- Comp fitment cuts the rear bedsides for the tightest corner tuck and best departure angle
- Modular high-clearance center section with standard or tow-hook options
- Bolt-on high-clearance end pods
- Adds roughly 6.5" of ground clearance at the corners
- Optional winch plate (up to 10,000 lb), 2" receiver, boatside, and skid add-ons
- Black powder coat or raw steel; made in the USA
Fitment & Compatibility
Fits the Jeep Gladiator JT (2020-present). This Comp version requires cutting the rear bedsides for maximum clearance; if you want to keep your bedsides intact, choose the No-Cut High Clearance Rear Bumper instead. A hawse-style rear winch fairlead mounting bracket and a modular 2-inch receiver are available.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Comp bumper require cutting?
Yes. The Comp version is designed to have the rear bedsides trimmed so the corner pods tuck in for maximum clearance. If you do not want to cut, the No-Cut version is the better choice.
What is the difference between the standard and tow-hook center?
The center section is offered in a standard configuration or with provisions for tow hooks. Pick the tow-hook option if you want a recovery point built into the center.
Can I mount a rear winch?
Yes, with the optional winch plate (rated to 10,000 lb) and the hawse-style fairlead bracket.
How much clearance does it add?
The high-clearance modular design adds about 6.5" at the corners over the factory bumper.
