Dodge 60 Front Truss

$359.99

The Artec Dodge 60 Front Truss is a full-width, low-profile truss that reinforces the entire Dodge Dana 60 front housing while giving you a flat surface to mount your upper links. It spans the whole axle, so it does more than just support your link mounts, it braces the tubes end to end against bending and abuse on the trail.

Key Features

  • 3/8" thick mild steel truss top for maximum rigidity
  • 1/4" mild steel ram mount and gussets, interlocked for strength and easy assembly
  • Spans the entire length of the axle for complete reinforcement of both tubes, not just the link-mount area
  • Low-profile shape positions upper-link joints with ideal geometry, roughly 8 inches from the axle centerline
  • Integrated ram-mount provision suits full-hydro steering builds
  • Precision CNC cut and bent for consistent fitment

Fitment & Compatibility

Fits the Dodge high-pinion Dana 60 front axle, found under 1994-2002 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks and a popular one-ton swap axle for Jeep and buggy builds. This is a full-width, weld-on truss for linked front suspension, and its integrated ram mount makes it a strong base for full-hydro steering.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which axle is this for?
It fits the Dodge high-pinion Dana 60 front axle used in 1994-2002 Ram 2500/3500 trucks, which is a common one-ton swap choice.

Does it include a ram mount?
Yes. The gusset and ram-mount structure is built into the truss, giving you a base for a full-hydro hydraulic ram on a linked front end.

Why full width?
The truss spans the entire axle so both tubes are reinforced end to end, not just the section where your links attach. That helps the housing resist bending under big-tire loads.

Is welding required?
Yes. It is a weld-on truss with interlocking, precision-cut pieces that self-locate for an easier weld-up by a competent fabricator.
