4 bolt Tube Flange

The Artec Industries 4 Bolt Tube Flange is part of the company's fabricator's parts line — a bolt-together flange that lets you build a removable section of 1.5" tube. CNC laser cut from thick 1/4" steel, it welds into your tubework so a crossbar, tube fender, cage tie-in or bumper section can be unbolted when needed. Sold as a pair.

Fitment & Compatibility

This is a universal fabrication component designed to work with 1.5" OD tube — roll cages, tube bumpers, tube fenders, light bars and removable crossmembers. One pair joins two tube ends into a bolted seam; for a fully removable section of tube (a flange at each end) order two pairs. Pair it with Artec's 1.5" OD .250" wall DOM tube for the matching material.

How many do I need for a removable tube section?
Two pairs. Each pair makes one bolted joint, so a section that unbolts at both ends needs a flange pair at each end.

What tube size does it fit?
1.5" OD tube. The inner hole is slightly oversized so the tube slips in easily and you get good weld penetration.

Do I weld or bolt these?
Both. You weld each flange to a tube end, then the two flanges bolt together with 3/8" hardware to form the removable joint.

What can I use them for?
Any 1.5" tubework where you want a section to come apart — removable cage bars, tube bumper wings, tube fenders or crossmembers.
