The ORACLE Adhesion Promoter Applicator Pad is a convenient, single-use liquid primer designed to maximize the bonding effectiveness of double-stick and VHB foam tapes on common automotive surfaces. Whether you're mounting lighting components, trim pieces, or accessories, this primer ensures a secure, long-lasting bond on Acrylic, ABS, Polycarbonate, and Glass substrates.

Each packet features a built-in applicator pad for clean, mess-free application. Simply wipe the promoter onto the bonding surface, allow 30–90 seconds to dry, and apply your tape immediately for best results. One packet covers approximately 1 square foot — ideal for most single-component installations.

• The bonding surface should be clean and dry before application.
• Contaminated surfaces should be cleaned with an untreated, lint-free cloth. To remove wax, grease, or dirt, use isopropyl alcohol or a paint prep solvent.
• Do not use in environmental conditions lower than 55°F.
• Apply a thin, uniform coating to the bonding surface using the minimum amount that will fully coat the area.
• Apply promoter only to areas that will be fully covered with tape.
• Allow 30–90 seconds to dry (drying time may vary due to temperature and/or humidity).
• The primer must be fully dry before applying tape.
• For best results, apply tape immediately after primer application or no more than one hour after.
• Ensure the primed surface remains free from contaminants prior to tape application.
