F-150 parts change between generations, cab and bed sizes, and between the standard F-150 and the Raptor, so it is easy to order the wrong one. This hub splits F-150 accessories into eight categories, gives one to three places to start in each, and points you to our deeper guides when you want the details.

Short answer: Good places to start on an F-150 are lighting (LED headlights, fog lights or ditch lights), better bed tie-downs or a bed rack, and a leveling kit sized to your tires. Before ordering, confirm your model year and generation, cab and bed length, 2WD or 4WD, trim (Tremor and Lightning often differ), and whether the truck is a Raptor. A standard F-150 part is not a Raptor part, and the reverse is also true.

F-150 generations: what fits what

After the year, check cab (Regular Cab, SuperCab or SuperCrew), bed length (5.5, 6.5 or 8 feet), 2WD or 4WD, and trim. Tremor and Lightning trucks are excluded from some kits and covered by others, so read the fitment notes on each listing.

Lighting and front bumpers

Lighting

The Morimoto Ford F-150 (21-23) XB Evo LED Headlights fit the 2021–2023 F-150 and F-150 Raptor. Morimoto says they install with no modifications to factory systems, use signal swap keys for white or amber DRL, and include a lens heater for frost. For a 2015–2020 F-150 (the listing does not name the Raptor), the Morimoto Ford F-150 (15-20) XB LED Fog Lights are complete projector fog assemblies that plug into the stock fog connectors and ship with an optional yellow film kit.

Raptor only: Raptor fog pockets are a different shape. The Baja Designs S2 SAE/S2 Sport Fog Pocket Kit replaces the OEM lights on the 2021–2026 F-150 Raptor, including the 37 Package and Raptor R, and pairs SAE fog lights with S2 Sport trail lights. It is listed for the Raptor only, not the standard F-150. Our F-150 lighting upgrade guide covers ditch lights, light bars and wiring.

Front bumpers

Front bumpers are listed by year range, and the Raptor has its own. Three to start with:

Bed racks, bed storage and tie-downs

Bed racks and bed storage

Match the rack to your bed length first. The CBI Ford F150 Cab Height Bed Rack (5’6” bed length) is listed for 2004–2022 trucks, and CBI sells a separate 6.5' Bed version. The listing gives no load rating, so ask us before planning a rooftop tent on it. If you want a light mount without losing bed space, the ADD Ford F-150/Raptor Stealth Fighter Chase Rack bolts on with no drilling, mounts a 50" LED light bar and keeps the third brake light working. Its title says 2015–2023 but the description says 2015–2022, so confirm your year on the product page.

For gear on the bed walls, the ADD 2021+ Ford F-150 & Raptor Bed Side Molle Panels follow the bed contours, keep access to the OEM electrical panel box and factory tie-downs, and add more tie-down points. For a full camper-shell build, a Goose Gear Camper System bed plate is the base for its storage modules; Goose Gear says its 2022+ 5'5" camper bed plate requires drilling into the bed. Browse Goose Gear: Ford F-150 and our F-150 overland build guide for how the pieces fit together.

Tie-downs

The Charvonia Design Bed Tie-Down Anchors for F-150 / Raptor (Pair) fit 2004–2025 F-150 and Raptor trucks per Charvonia, are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, and install with a T40 Torx and M6 hex bit using the included Grade 8.8 hardware. If your truck has the Boxlink bed system, the Integral Swivel Straps for Ford Boxlink, F150/Raptor (2015+) are a swivel strap system Integral pitches for Packout boxes and other cargo. Read F-150 and Raptor bed tie-down upgrades to compare styles.

Suspension and leveling

A leveling kit raises the front to match the rear; a lift kit raises the whole truck. Kits are split by generation, drivetrain and trim.

  • Level a 2021+ F-150. The ReadyLIFT 2.0" Leveling Kit for the 2021-2026 F-150 uses billet aluminum strut extensions and includes cam plates and cam nuts for alignment. ReadyLIFT says it fits 2WD and 4WD trucks in most trims, including Lightning, but not Tremor models, and allows a 295/60-20 tire on a 20x9 +18 wheel with no trimming.
  • Lift a 2021+ 4WD F-150. The ReadyLIFT 3.5" SST Lift Kit for the 2021-2026 F-150 4WD includes DOM tubular steel control arms with ball joints, billet strut extensions and 2.5-inch rear blocks. ReadyLIFT excludes Tremor and FX4 editions and trucks that are factory pre-lifted or leveled, and says it has not been tested on standard cab trucks.
  • Raptor only (2021–2026). The ReadyLIFT 1.5" Leveling Kit for the 2021-2026 Raptor 4WD uses billet clamshell pre-load spacers. ReadyLIFT says it is not for Raptors with the factory 37" package or aftermarket coilovers.

Plan on an alignment after any leveling kit or lift, and expect ride and handling to change. Our F-150 lift kit and leveling kit guide covers tire sizes and full suspension systems from ICON and ReadyLIFT.

Interior, emblems and recovery

Interior

For mounting radios and device mounts, the ADD 2021+ Ford F-150/Raptor Center Console Molle Panels wrap the lower console and have threaded mounts for 10-24 bolts (not included). ADD says they require drilling and riv nuts. On a 2024–2026 truck, the Tackform TRAXX Slim Track Dash Bracket With Qi2.2/MagSafe Charging & Cooling Phone Mount replaces the factory trim bezel and mounts with two existing radio bolts plus two rear screws; Tackform notes the OEM bezel hides the drilled holes if you revert. Confirm trim fitment on the product page. For SuperCrew owners who need cargo space, the Goose Gear F150 SuperCrew Second Row Seat Delete Plate System is bolt-in with no drilling, per Goose Gear, but the factory subwoofer and amplifier must be relocated. Goose Gear also warns of a possible airbag warning light on some 2020-and-newer trucks.

Emblems and letter inserts

Match the kit to your year and trim lettering:

Tufskinz says all three use 3M automotive-grade adhesive with no drilling. See Tufskinz Ford F-150 and our Ford tailgate and hood letter inserts fitment guide for which kit matches which tailgate.

Recovery

The DV8 Elite Series 3/4" D-Ring Shackles (Pair) are forged steel with a 7/8" chromoly pin, and DV8 rates them at an 8 ton working load limit. If you run synthetic rope, the DV8 Xtract Winch Fairlead, Closed System is machined from 7075 aluminum with an 18,000 lb working load limit per DV8. Raptor only: the ADD 2021-2026 F-150 Raptor Stealth Fighter Winch Kit adds a frame-mounted winch mount and bumper skid plate to ADD's Stealth Fighter bumper and is fully bolt-on.

Frequently asked questions

What are good first accessories for a Ford F-150?

Most owners start with lighting, better bed tie-downs or a bed rack, and a leveling kit if they want a little more tire. Bumpers and recovery gear come next if the truck goes off pavement.

Do standard F-150 parts fit the F-150 Raptor?

Not by default. The Raptor has its own front end, wider body and factory long-travel suspension, so bumpers, fog pocket lights, grille letters and leveling kits are usually built for one or the other. Some parts are listed for both, such as the ADD 2021+ bed side molle panels and the Morimoto 2021-2023 XB Evo headlights. If neither the title nor the fitment notes name the Raptor, assume it does not fit one, and the reverse is also true.

Will 2021-2023 F-150 parts fit a 2024 or newer F-150?

Not always. Ford refreshed the F-150 for 2024, and many front-end parts are listed separately for 2024+ trucks. ADD, for example, lists its F-150 front bumpers as 2021-2023 or 2024+. Check the year range on every listing.

Does a leveling kit fit every 2021+ F-150?

No. ReadyLIFT says its 2.0 inch leveling kit fits 2021-2026 F-150 2WD and 4WD trucks in most trim packages, including Lightning editions, but not Tremor models. It should not go on trucks with more than 22.5 inches from wheel hub to fender lip. Raptors use separate kits.

Can I put a winch on an aftermarket F-150 bumper?

Many bumpers have a winch mount, but read the notes. Fishbone says its 2009-2014 Pelican bumper takes up to a 12,000 lb winch but cannot mount one if the truck has an intercooler, and its winch plate for the 2021-2023 Pelican bumper is listed as not compatible with EcoBoost models.

Do I need to drill to install bed or interior accessories?

It depends on the part. Goose Gear says its SuperCrew second-row seat delete is 100% bolt-in with no drilling, while its 2022+ camper bed plate requires drilling into the bed. ADD says its 2021+ center console molle panels require drilling and riv nuts.

Are aftermarket LED headlights street legal on an F-150?

Some are sold as compliant. Morimoto says its XB Evo headlights for the 2021-2023 F-150 are DOT compliant in standard form, and that the optional Supercharged drivers are for off-road use only. Lighting rules vary, so check your state and aim the lights after install.
