How to make a Prinsu Design Studio warranty claim
- Submit the claim through the online form on prinsu.com/warranty (phone claims are not accepted)
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- Wait for an RMA number before shipping
- Ship to the address given with the RMA, with the RMA number clearly on the box; buyer pays return shipping
- Use tracked, insured shipping because Prinsu isn't responsible for loss in transit

The Toyota 4Runner Prinsu Ladder Accessory Panel | 2010-2024 swaps a section of ladder rungs for a flat aluminum panel, giving you a solid place to mount a RotoPax pack or other gear on the back of the vehicle. It bolts to the Prinsu 5th Gen 4Runner ladder with the existing side-rail hardware, and bolt-on steps keep the ladder climbable.
It is laser cut from aluminum and powder coated black, so it adds very little weight to the ladder.
