What's covered
- Manufacturing defects and functional failures for 2 years: Form replaces the product, or a comparable one if it has been discontinued

What's not covered
- Normal condensation on the lens, which clears as the lamp warms up

- Installation labor or time spent swapping a warranty part
- Improper installation or use, abuse beyond normal wear, or any opening, rewiring or modification of the lamp
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers. The warranty is non-transferable
How to make a Form Lighting claim
- Contact Form Lighting before you take the lamp to a shop; they'll diagnose the problem with you first
- If Form confirms a defect, they issue an RMA number. Nothing goes back without one
- For moisture claims, include photos that show how much water is inside the lamp
- If Form does ask for a return, you pay the return shipping

Form Lighting LED Tail Lights — Toyota 4Runner (2010–2024)
Fifteen model years of fifth-gen 4Runner run the same tail lamp, and this is the full LED replacement for it. Blacked-out housings sit behind a smoked outer lens, with the inner lens in red or smoked. The smoked version gets its tint from the optics themselves rather than paint, so it does not look like a spray job.
Layout is simple: the outer C-bar gives a solid running and brake light, three inner bars handle brake and turn, and the reverse light runs cool white. Built-in resistors keep the dash free of bulb-out warnings and hyperflash, and the swap is plug-and-play.
