What's covered
- Manufacturing defects and functional failures for 2 years: Form replaces the product, or a comparable one if it has been discontinued
- Single-component problems: Form may replace just the part needed to restore function
- Coating damage that shows up within the warranty and traces to a manufacturing defect
- Form pays to ship the replacement to US customers, and usually doesn't need the old part back
What's not covered
- Normal condensation on the lens, which clears as the lamp warms up
- Surface finishes worn out by normal use
- Installation labor or time spent swapping a warranty part
- Improper installation or use, abuse beyond normal wear, or any opening, rewiring or modification of the lamp
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers. The warranty is non-transferable
How to make a Form Lighting claim
- Contact Form Lighting before you take the lamp to a shop; they'll diagnose the problem with you first
- If Form confirms a defect, they issue an RMA number. Nothing goes back without one
- For moisture claims, include photos that show how much water is inside the lamp
- If Form does ask for a return, you pay the return shipping
