What's covered
- Manufacturing defects and functional failures for 2 years: Form replaces the product, or a comparable one if it has been discontinued

- Improper installation or use, abuse beyond normal wear, or any opening, rewiring or modification of the lamp
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers. The warranty is non-transferable
How to make a Form Lighting claim
- Contact Form Lighting before you take the lamp to a shop; they'll diagnose the problem with you first
- If Form confirms a defect, they issue an RMA number. Nothing goes back without one
- For moisture claims, include photos that show how much water is inside the lamp
- If Form does ask for a return, you pay the return shipping

Form Lighting LED Tail Lights — Toyota Tundra (2022–2026)
The factory reverse lights on the third-gen Tundra are weak, and that is the most practical reason to look at these. The Form lamps add two high-output LED reverse lights, doubling the reverse light count, along with a sequential turn signal and a startup animation that base trims never got.
They plug in on every trim level regardless of which factory tail lights the truck came with, and an included harness enables the added reverse lights. Smoked lenses get their tint from the optics, not paint. Both versions use red LEDs and stay road legal.
