Are Form Lighting headlights street legal?
Form says its headlights meet SAE, DOT, FMVSS and CMVSS standards for on-road use in the US and Canada when installed and aimed correctly. The lamps have built-in screw adjusters for aiming.
Do Form Lighting lamps need any wiring?
Most are plug-and-play into the factory connectors, with no cutting or splicing. Some trucks without factory daytime running lights use an included adapter or fuse tap to power the DRL.
What's the difference between Form's projector and reflector headlights?
Projector versions use bi-LED projectors for a sharper cutoff and more output; reflector versions cost less. On some trucks you also need the version that matches your factory headlight style, so check the listing.
Is Form Lighting related to Diode Dynamics?

What does the Form Lighting warranty cover?
