What's covered
- Manufacturing defects and functional failures for 2 years: Form replaces the product, or a comparable one if it has been discontinued
- Single-component problems: Form may replace just the part needed to restore function
- Coating damage that shows up within the warranty and traces to a manufacturing defect
- Form pays to ship the replacement to US customers, and usually doesn't need the old part back
What's not covered
- Normal condensation on the lens, which clears as the lamp warms up
- Surface finishes worn out by normal use
- Installation labor or time spent swapping a warranty part
- Improper installation or use, abuse beyond normal wear, or any opening, rewiring or modification of the lamp
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers. The warranty is non-transferable
How to make a Form Lighting claim
- Contact Form Lighting before you take the lamp to a shop; they'll diagnose the problem with you first
- If Form confirms a defect, they issue an RMA number. Nothing goes back without one
- For moisture claims, include photos that show how much water is inside the lamp
- If Form does ask for a return, you pay the return shipping

The Form Lighting LED Sidemarkers are a plug-and-play LED replacement for the factory lamps on the 2020-2026 Jeep Gladiator and 2018-2026 Jeep JL Wrangler. They use an OEM-size connector, a UV-coated polycarbonate lens and an IP67 weatherproof rating. This listing is a pair.
Why it works
Sidemarkers are small, but they are part of how other drivers read the size of your truck at night. These replace the factory sidemarkers with LED units that plug into the original connector. No splicing, and the UV-coated lens is there to stand up to sun exposure.
Options
- Smoked (FL0061): darker lens for a blacked-out look. Measured output 4 lm.
- Clear (FL0062): measured output 25 lm.
Smoked looks cleaner on a dark Jeep. Clear puts out more light. That is the trade.
