What's covered
- Manufacturing defects and functional failures for 2 years: Form replaces the product, or a comparable one if it has been discontinued

- Form pays to ship the replacement to US customers, and usually doesn't need the old part back
What's not covered
- Normal condensation on the lens, which clears as the lamp warms up
- Surface finishes worn out by normal use
- Installation labor or time spent swapping a warranty part
- Improper installation or use, abuse beyond normal wear, or any opening, rewiring or modification of the lamp
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers. The warranty is non-transferable
How to make a Form Lighting claim
- Contact Form Lighting before you take the lamp to a shop; they'll diagnose the problem with you first
- If Form confirms a defect, they issue an RMA number. Nothing goes back without one
- For moisture claims, include photos that show how much water is inside the lamp
- If Form does ask for a return, you pay the return shipping

Form Lighting LED Tail Lights — Ford Bronco (2021–2026)
A full LED tail light swap for the sixth-gen Bronco. The outer C-bar handles running and brake as one solid bar, three inner vertical bars carry running, brake and turn, and each side gets four LED reverse lights where the factory lamp has a single halogen bulb.
It works on Broncos with either the factory halogen or factory LED tail lights, with no splicing and no FORScan programming. Halogen trucks use the included third brake light harness to feed the brake signal. One honest exclusion: the Bronco Raptor is not compatible.

Will these fit my Bronco?
They fit 2021–2026 Ford Broncos with either factory halogen or factory LED tail lights. The Bronco Raptor is the exception and is not compatible.
Do I need FORScan or any splicing?
No. They plug into the OEM-size connectors. Halogen trucks connect the included third brake harness to get the brake signal, and that is the only extra step.
Can I choose the turn signal color?
Yes. The sequential turn can run red or amber, or be set to a static signal, by plugging or unplugging a connector on the back of the lamp.
Will blind spot monitoring throw errors?
Form Lighting states they are compatible with blind spot detection with no errors, flicker or hyperflashing.
