What's covered
- Manufacturing defects and functional failures for 2 years: Form replaces the product, or a comparable one if it has been discontinued

- Form pays to ship the replacement to US customers, and usually doesn't need the old part back
What's not covered
- Normal condensation on the lens, which clears as the lamp warms up
- Surface finishes worn out by normal use
- Installation labor or time spent swapping a warranty part
- Improper installation or use, abuse beyond normal wear, or any opening, rewiring or modification of the lamp
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers. The warranty is non-transferable
How to make a Form Lighting claim
- Contact Form Lighting before you take the lamp to a shop; they'll diagnose the problem with you first
- If Form confirms a defect, they issue an RMA number. Nothing goes back without one
- For moisture claims, include photos that show how much water is inside the lamp
- If Form does ask for a return, you pay the return shipping

Form Lighting LED Tail Lights — Jeep Gladiator (2020–2026)
Direct-fit LED tail lights for the JT Gladiator that add a sequential turn signal and a startup sequence to the back of the truck. A smoked outer lens sits over a red or smoked inner lens, and the outer perimeter and inner infinity-mirror section light up together.
The main functions plug straight in. The amber sequential turn uses the included FL2043 wire kit with a single wire tap at the front turn signals. Blind spot detection carries on working without a TASER or JScan, so there is no reprogramming step.
