- Do not ship anything back until you get written return instructions

About the brand
Carbon Winches come from Carbon Offroad, an Australian company built around IP68 waterproof electric winches and modern recovery gear. The TAC combo is a grab-and-go recovery setup for mid-size 4x4s: a 9000 kg (19800 lb) kinetic rope, two 18000 kg (39600 lb) soft shackles and a mesh carry bag. The shackles are rated at twice the rope, which keeps the connection from being the weak point.
Carbon Offroad says the rope stretches about 30 percent, so a recovery loads up gradually and is easier on chassis and driveline than a static strap. The Nylon66 fibers carry a urethane coating to keep grit and water out, and the whole kit is finished in Olive Drab and black.
Fitment
Not vehicle-specific. The vendor names the Tacoma, 4Runner and Bronco as the class this is sized for, which makes it a reasonable match for similar mid-size trucks and SUVs. It is not listed as a fit for any single model.
