How to make a Carbon Offroad warranty claim
- If not registered, start with the dealer you bought from; registered owners can go straight to Carbon
- Send proof of purchase, order number, model or serial number
- Include clear photos or video of the fault plus photos of the wiring install
- Carbon tries to diagnose remotely first
- Do not ship anything back until you get written return instructions

Freespooling a winch normally means reaching for a manual lever, often over a bull bar or under a bumper, in mud, with the vehicle in a bad spot. This upgrade swaps the standard manual freespool lever for an air-actuated clutch. With a button press you engage or disengage the drum, and it ties into your onboard air system.
The kit is built for harsh off-road use and is aimed at making recoveries faster and safer, since you no longer reach into awkward or dangerous spaces. It includes the clutch kit, an air locking solenoid, matching airline and fittings, and spare O-rings for the internals of the clutch.
Fitment
Suits Carbon 12K (12Kv2 onward) and Scout Pro winches. If you are unsure of your winch model, the vendor suggests asking before you order. It requires an onboard air system.
