Hitting a bogged vehicle with a static strap sends sharp forces straight into the recovery points and frame rails. This 9000 kg (19800 lb) kinetic rope is made to turn that into a smoother pull. It is Nylon66 and stretches up to 30% under load, storing energy as the recovery vehicle accelerates and releasing it into the stuck one.
It is 19 mm x 9 m (3/4 in x 29 1/2 ft), and Carbon Offroad rates it for vehicles in the 2500 to 3500 kg (5511 to 7716 lb) class so the stretch behaves the way it should. A urethane coating helps keep grit and sand out of the fibers, and a woven reflective trace shows tension in headlights. Colors are black and blue.
Fitment
Not vehicle-specific. It is intended for mid-size 4x4s; a rope that is too heavy will not stretch, so match it to the vehicle weight rather than choosing the biggest one.
