How to make a Carbon Offroad warranty claim
- If not registered, start with the dealer you bought from; registered owners can go straight to Carbon
- Send proof of purchase, order number, model or serial number
- Include clear photos or video of the fault plus photos of the wiring install
- Carbon tries to diagnose remotely first
- Do not ship anything back until you get written return instructions

Steel shackles are heavy, can seize after a hard pull, and become a hazard if a recovery point lets go. This soft shackle replaces that with 11 mm (7/16 in) UHMWPE rope and a minimum breaking strain of 15000 kg (33000 lb). It is a tool-free connection that weighs very little.
A tight, heavy-duty braided sheath protects the core and lets you pass it through standard recovery points without tearing fibers. The oversized Monkey Fist knot is the lock, and Carbon Offroad says it will not slip under load. It comes undone in seconds even after a snatch.
Fitment
Not vehicle-specific. It is a general recovery connector that goes anywhere a shackle goes. Carbon Offroad notes that recovery points must be smooth, since nicks and burrs shorten the life of any synthetic line.

One 15T synthetic soft shackle, 650 mm (25 5/8 in) long, and a storage bag. Blue and black.
