How to make a Carbon Offroad warranty claim
- If not registered, start with the dealer you bought from; registered owners can go straight to Carbon
- Send proof of purchase, order number, model or serial number
- Include clear photos or video of the fault plus photos of the wiring install
- Carbon tries to diagnose remotely first
- Do not ship anything back until you get written return instructions

A step up from the 9T kit, this one pairs a 12 m x 24 mm kinetic rope rated 12000 kg (26400 lb) with two 15000 kg (33000 lb) soft shackles and a Carbon Offroad gear bag. Everything is meant to work as one system for deep mud, sand and other situations where a stuck vehicle needs a gradual, controlled pull.
The rope is Nylon66 (polyamide) in a double braid, and Carbon Offroad says it offers 15% more abrasion resistance than untreated rope. The soft shackles use a reinforced sheath and an oversized Monkey Fist knot, so they will not work loose on their own.
Fitment
Not vehicle-specific. It works for vehicle-to-vehicle recoveries, connecting straps, or wrapping a chassis rail or recovery point. Match the rope's rating to the weight of the vehicle you are recovering.
