Genesis Offroad FAQs
Where is Genesis Offroad based?
Genesis ships from its office in Olive Branch, Mississippi, just outside Memphis, and describes its products as made in the USA.
What is the Genesis Offroad warranty?
Wiring, trays and most Genesis-branded parts are covered for three years, and the isolator and combiner for one year. Batteries and third-party electronics follow their own makers' warranties.
How fast do Genesis kits ship?
In-stock items ship from NVMOS in 24–48 hours. If something is out of stock, the product page shows an estimated lead time.
What's the difference between Gen 3 and OMEGA?
Gen 3 uses a smart combiner to link the two batteries in parallel when charging. OMEGA keeps them independent and charges the auxiliary through a Redarc Alpha 25 amp DC-DC charger with solar priority.
Do the kits come with batteries?
No. Batteries are sold separately or in bundles, and you need two matching batteries of the size the kit specifies because the factory battery will not fit the tray.
How long does install take?
Genesis estimates 2–3 hours for a reasonably handy DIYer, and says shops usually bill about 2 hours on a stock vehicle. An installation video is provided.
