What's covered
- Manufacturing defects and functional failures for 2 years: Form replaces the product, or a comparable one if it has been discontinued

- Improper installation or use, abuse beyond normal wear, or any opening, rewiring or modification of the lamp
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers. The warranty is non-transferable
How to make a Form Lighting claim
- Contact Form Lighting before you take the lamp to a shop; they'll diagnose the problem with you first
- If Form confirms a defect, they issue an RMA number. Nothing goes back without one
- For moisture claims, include photos that show how much water is inside the lamp
- If Form does ask for a return, you pay the return shipping

Form Lighting Sequential LED Projector Headlights — Toyota Sequoia (2023–2026)
Form builds this lamp for both the current Tundra and the Sequoia. Three bi-LED projectors per side run both low and high beam, with a sharp cutoff and a much wider spread than the stock unit. Blacked-out housings, UV-coated polycarbonate lenses and an IP67 rating round it out.
When the running lights switch on, a chasing startup sequence plays before the DRL settles into cool white or amber, whichever you pick. Turn signals sweep in amber and return to the DRL. Installation is plug-and-play at the factory headlight connector.
