What's covered
- Manufacturing defects and functional failures for 2 years: Form replaces the product, or a comparable one if it has been discontinued

- Improper installation or use, abuse beyond normal wear, or any opening, rewiring or modification of the lamp
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers. The warranty is non-transferable
How to make a Form Lighting claim
- Contact Form Lighting before you take the lamp to a shop; they'll diagnose the problem with you first
- If Form confirms a defect, they issue an RMA number. Nothing goes back without one
- For moisture claims, include photos that show how much water is inside the lamp
- If Form does ask for a return, you pay the return shipping

Form Lighting LED Fog Lights — Toyota 4Runner (2025–2026)
A bolt-in LED replacement for the factory fog lights on the 2025–2026 4Runner. Blacked-out housings give the bumper a darker, cleaner look, and the beam is wide and sharp enough to be useful in fog, rain and snow rather than just decorative. Choose white for a clear output step over the factory fogs, or yellow for a lens that reads yellow even when the lights are off.
The same Type T3 lamp fits the Tacoma, Tundra, 4Runner and Sequoia, so the part numbers are shared across those listings.
