The Coachbuilder +4" Shackle Kit is the tallest shackle Ekstrom Design builds for the 2007–2021 Toyota Tundra, including TRD Pro: 2.25" of actual rear lift from a bolt-on swap. It’s the size for trucks matching a lifted front end or living with heavy, permanent loads out back, and Coachbuilder engineers these to be the strongest shackles available for the Tundra. At this height the details matter — the driveline angle changes enough that a carrier bearing drop kit sized for the shackles comes in the box, and it’s smart to confirm rear brake line and ABS harness slack at full droop before you call the job done.

The box carries the +4" shackle pair, graphite poly bushings for the spring eyelets, hardware, grease packs, the carrier bearing drop kit, and an install guide. For taller rear setups, the Rear Brake/ABS Relocation Kit adds 2.25" of length to keep lines relaxed, and the Rear Sway Bar Extended End Links +4.00" restore sway bar geometry on lifted trucks. How much lift do the +4" shackles actually give?
2.25" at the rear axle of a 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra — the most rear lift available from a Coachbuilder shackle. The number is smaller than the shackle name because the shackle hangs at an angle and rotates through the spring's travel, so added length converts to roughly two-thirds of that in vertical lift. Coachbuilder publishes the actual figure so you can build your stance around real height.
What else changes on the truck at 2.25" of rear lift?
Driveline angle is the big one, which is why this kit ships with a carrier bearing drop kit sized for the shackles — it mounts between the frame support and the carrier bearing and torques to 25 ft-lbs on the ground. It's also smart to check rear brake line and ABS harness slack at full droop; Coachbuilder's Rear Brake/ABS Relocation Kit adds 2.25" of length for taller rear setups on 2007-2021 Tundras.
Will the +4" kit fit my TRD Pro, exhaust, and spare tire?
Yes — it fits all 2007-2021 Toyota Tundras including TRD Pro, works with the TRD dual exhaust (you may need to unhook the rubber hangers at the tail pipe during install), and still allows the full-size spare. It runs with your OE or any aftermarket leaf pack and is compatible with ADS, Bilstein 5100/5160, Fox, Icon, King, OME, and TRD Pro shocks.
