About PowerTrays

PowerTrays is a Boulder, Colorado company that makes vehicle-specific aluminum mounts for organizing auxiliary DC electrical parts under the hood. It started with just the trays, then added complete bundles with fuse blocks, busbars, circuit breakers and custom battery cables so one order covers the whole install.

Trays are designed in-house and built in Colorado from 1/8-inch brushed aluminum, and they bolt in without modifying the vehicle. The tagline is 'Power Made Easy,' and the brand is a familiar name in the Tacoma and 4Runner crowd.

What we carry from PowerTrays

We carry battery trays cut for specific switch panels and fuse blocks, accessory bundles, circuit breakers, fuse taps, terminals, custom-length battery cables and wiring harnesses. There is also an ARB air coupler relocation kit for your on-board air, plus hood strut spacers and mounting hardware.

Fitments cover the Toyota Tacoma, 4Runner, FJ Cruiser and Tundra, Lexus GX, Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT with the 3.6L V6, and Chevy Colorado.

How to choose

Pick the vehicle, then the trim, then the component you are mounting.

  • Trays are cut for specific hardware: Switch-Pros, sPOD BantamX or Source LT, ARB, Bussmann RTMR or RFRM, Powerswitch, Auxbeam, or a blank tray for a custom layout.
  • Tacoma trays differ by trim. TRD Off Road/Pro and SR/SR5/TRD Sport/Limited each get their own version.
  • Add an accessory bundle if you want the fuse block, breakers and terminals in the same box.
  • The M8 fender bolts under the tray are tight to reach. The raised design leaves room underneath for routing wire.

Lead times & shipping

In-stock items ship from NVMOS in 24–48 hours. Some items ship direct from the brand or are built to order, so check the product page for current timing or give us a call. Lead times are estimates and they change. PowerTrays says custom battery cables and some electrical parts take a few extra days to build.

PowerTrays warranty

PowerTrays does not publish a written product warranty. Its 90-day return policy replaces items that arrive defective or damaged, and returns must be in original condition with return shipping at the buyer's cost. Read the full PowerTrays warranty summary.
