PowerTrays Warranty
At a glance: No written warranty published — we handle defects with the brand for you
This is PowerTrays's warranty, not an NVMOS policy. We've summarized it in plain English to save you a search. The manufacturer's official terms always govern and can change without notice. Last reviewed on nvmos.com: October 4, 2026.
What to expect
PowerTrays doesn't publish a written warranty that we could find. In practice, parts that arrive damaged or show a manufacturing defect are handled between us and PowerTrays — you don't have to chase the brand on your own.
What PowerTrays does publish
- Items that arrive defective or damaged are replaced
- Returns and exchanges are accepted for 90 days
- Email PowerTrays with your order details and photos of the defect or damage
- Ship the item back as instructed
