About Charvonia Design

Industrial designer Keith Charvonia started the company in 2015 and runs it with his wife, Kendall. His background includes design work at Yamaha, K&N and Airaid and aerodynamics work for a NASCAR Cup team, which is a lot of firepower to aim at a truck bed tie-down. He did it anyway, because he couldn't find factory-replacement anchors strong enough for his own hauling.

The parts are precision-machined from billet aluminum and tested with a local machine shop in North Carolina. Keith's honors include SEMA 35 Under 35, a Ford design award and a turn on Jay Leno's Garage.

What we carry from Charvonia Design

Most of the lineup is vehicle-specific bed accessories: bed tie-down anchor pairs, flush rail tie-downs with rail T-nuts and threaded plates, and Ford BoxLink tie-downs with backing plates. Fitments cover the Toyota Tacoma, Toyota Tundra, Ford F-150, Raptor, Super Duty, Ranger and Maverick, Ram 1500/2500/3500, Chevy and GMC, Nissan Frontier and Titan, and the Jeep Gladiator.

There's a universal side too: small and medium billet anchors, D-ring mounting kits, rivnuts and M8 hardware, plus bed cap gap eliminators, bed dress-up hardware and a billet battery tie-down for Toyota and Lexus.

How to choose

Start with the kit for your exact truck and bed, then pick a finish from the powder-coated color options.

• Count your corners. Four anchors, one per corner, handles light hauling. If you haul often or carry tall loads, plan on six to eight for better strap angles.
• Running a tonneau? Rail tie-downs sit flush with the bed rails and work with tonneau covers. Bed anchors also work with bed extenders.
• Spray-in liner: trim the liner around the anchor hole. The wider billet anchor covers the cut edge.
• Tools: a T40 Torx pulls the factory anchors and a 6mm hex installs the billet ones.
