- Misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents and normal wear
- Used products
- Parts that were repaired, altered or modified
- Use with non-genuine parts
- Labor costs or other damages
- Products bought from unauthorized sellers (e.g. eBay, Amazon) may not be covered
How to make a Charvonia Design warranty claim

- Provide proof of purchase
- Get an RMA number before sending anything
