What's covered
- Recovery boards that fail because of a manufacturing defect when used per the MAXTRAX instructions
- Approved claims get a replacement (or refund), usually decided within about 7 business days of inspection
- Freight is refunded for approved claims
What's not covered
- Burned or melted teeth from spinning tires
- Damage from use on rocky or hard surfaces
- Wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or accidental impact
- Not following the Instructions for Use
- Modified boards
- Claims with missing parts or no proof of purchase
- Second-hand boards / anyone other than the original owner
How to make a MAXTRAX warranty claim
- Email sales@maxtraxus.com with proof of purchase, photos/details of the damage, and your vehicle info
- Wait for approval before shipping
- Ship to the address MAXTRAX provides (the policy lists 47 Griffin Crescent, Brendale Queensland 4500, Australia)
- MAXTRAX inspects and replaces approved boards; freight is reimbursed only if the claim is approved

MAXTRAX XTREME Replacement Teeth (22-Pack)
A spare set of teeth for MAXTRAX XTREME boards: 22 anodized alloy teeth and a soft bag to keep them in. Every tooth on an XTREME is the same shape and size, so any of these can replace any damaged tooth on the board.
Swapping a tooth is quick with the MAXTRAX XTRACT Insert Tool, which is sold separately. If you do not own one yet, the XTREME Teeth Replacement Kit bundles the tool with 10 teeth.

How many teeth are in the set?

Will they fit MKII boards?
No. They are not compatible with MAXTRAX MKII recovery boards. They are for XTREME boards only.

Do I need a specific tooth for each spot?
No. All teeth on the XTREME are the same shape and size, so any tooth can replace any damaged one.
