- Recovery boards that fail because of a manufacturing defect when used per the MAXTRAX instructions

How to make a MAXTRAX warranty claim
- Email sales@maxtraxus.com with proof of purchase, photos/details of the damage, and your vehicle info
- Wait for approval before shipping
- Ship to the address MAXTRAX provides (the policy lists 47 Griffin Crescent, Brendale Queensland 4500, Australia)
- MAXTRAX inspects and replaces approved boards; freight is reimbursed only if the claim is approved

MAXTRAX MKII Recovery Boards, Black (Pair)
The MKII is the board most people mean when they say MAXTRAX. It is molded in Australia from UV-stabilized, flexible reinforced nylon, weighs 3.4 kg (7.5 lb) per board, and uses a double-edged design so you can slide it under a stuck tire from either end.
Black is the low-key color option. It is also the hardest to spot once a board is buried in mud or snow or dropped at night, so use the included Telltale Leashes every time.

Are black boards harder to find?
Yes. Black boards are hard to see in mud, snow or darkness, so clip on the included Telltale Leashes before every recovery.
Do these come as a pair?
Yes. MKII boards are sold as a pair and come with a pair of Telltale Leashes.
How do I mount them?
Each board has keyhole accessory points that take MAXTRAX Mounting Pins on a roof rack, bed rack or custom mount. Pins are sold separately.
What is the warranty?
MAXTRAX covers MKII boards with a lifetime warranty against faulty materials and workmanship.
