What's covered
- Recovery boards that fail because of a manufacturing defect when used per the MAXTRAX instructions
- Approved claims get a replacement (or refund), usually decided within about 7 business days of inspection

- Burned or melted teeth from spinning tires
- Damage from use on rocky or hard surfaces
- Wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or accidental impact

- Second-hand boards / anyone other than the original owner
How to make a MAXTRAX warranty claim
- Email sales@maxtraxus.com with proof of purchase, photos/details of the damage, and your vehicle info
- Wait for approval before shipping
- Ship to the address MAXTRAX provides (the policy lists 47 Griffin Crescent, Brendale Queensland 4500, Australia)
- MAXTRAX inspects and replaces approved boards; freight is reimbursed only if the claim is approved

MAXTRAX Mini Recovery Boards
The MAXTRAX Mini is a short version of the MKII, about 25 inches long, for vehicles where a full-length board will not fit anywhere sensible. It uses the same UV-stabilized reinforced nylon and the same ramp-and-shovel ends.
You get a pair of boards and two leashes. The leashes link the boards into a longer track and make them easier to find if they get buried.
