The DRIFTR Topper is a full DRIFTR roof rack platform that bolts to the top of Backwoods Adventure Mods' Full Height Tundra bed rack. It exists for one main reason: extra height to clear the cab when you run a longer, wedge-style rooftop tent. Pair it with a DRIFTR roof rack and you get one level deck from the front of the truck to the back.
Why it works
The side rails are 1/4-inch aluminum with handle cutouts that also accept Agency 6 grab handles. It comes with 7 triple-slotted extrusions for mounting gear, and powder coat is included. Backwoods rates it at 300 lbs dynamic and 700 lbs static, and it weighs 54 lbs. Backwoods backs it with a lifetime warranty.
Fitment
Requires the Backwoods Full Height Tundra bed rack; it will not mount on its own. Backwoods lists it for 2007+ Toyota Tundras with that bed rack installed.
Works with
HD awning brackets, Agency 6 grab handles, the Dogbone traction board mount and deck panels.
