- Refunds of the part cost; the remedy is replacement only
- Installation, alignment, labor and shipping costs
- Parts not installed per Synergy's instruction manuals, altered parts, or abuse
- Wear items: bushings, bump stops, bearings, tie rod ends and dust boots
- Finishes
- Second owners, or parts moved to another vehicle
- Shipping on replacements outside the Lower 48, and expedited shipping you request
How to make a Synergy warranty claim
- Contact Synergy before replacing any parts.
- Submit the warranty claim form on Synergy's site; Synergy responds within 5-7 business days.
- Provide photos of the installed setup, video of the failing tie rod end, bushing or ball joint, the mileage on the part and the original receipt.
- Send the part in for physical inspection by a Synergy representative.
- No replacement ships until a Synergy representative approves the claim.
