- Defects in material and workmanship on products installed and used according to the supplied instructions
- Repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price at Omix-ADA's option after inspection

- Improper installation, alteration, misuse, water damage or lack of maintenance
- Damage involving vehicle systems or use with non-Omix-ADA products
- Normal wear, fading, finish scratches and shipping damage
- Accidents and impacts with rocks, trees or other obstacles
- Theft, vandalism, or intentional or negligent damage
- Racing or competition use (floor liners)
- Removal, shipping and installation costs, loss of use, rental, and incidental or consequential damages
- Transfer to a second owner; repaired or replaced parts do not extend the term
How to make a Rugged Ridge warranty claim
- Contact NVMOS, the seller, with your order number, the part number and photos
- We request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number through the distributor
- Return the part with the RGA; removal and shipping costs are the owner's
- If you need a replacement right away, buy it first; you receive credit if the original is found warrantable
- Omix-ADA inspects and repairs, replaces or refunds

A solid steel extension that lengthens a 2 in. receiver to up to 12 in. It helps clear an oversized rear spare or an aftermarket bumper. Two pin locations let you adjust the length.
