- Theft, vandalism, or intentional or negligent damage
- Racing or competition use (floor liners)
- Removal, shipping and installation costs, loss of use, rental, and incidental or consequential damages
- Transfer to a second owner; repaired or replaced parts do not extend the term
How to make a Rugged Ridge warranty claim
- Contact NVMOS, the seller, with your order number, the part number and photos
- We request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number through the distributor
- Return the part with the RGA; removal and shipping costs are the owner's
- If you need a replacement right away, buy it first; you receive credit if the original is found warrantable
- Omix-ADA inspects and repairs, replaces or refunds

The Sherpa roof rack kit includes the rack, crossbar adapters and two 56.5 in. round crossbars. It adds cargo space above the roofline and has a tilt function for reaching the top underneath.
