How to make a Ruff Rax claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

Ruff Rax Side Light Angled Brackets
A rock light mounted flat against a rack rail lights the rail. These angled brackets tilt the light down and out, so the beam lands on the ground beside the vehicle where you are walking, loading and setting up camp. They come as a pair.
Each bracket is heavy-duty steel finished in powder coat for corrosion resistance, with a low profile that sits neatly on Ruff Rax roof racks and bed racks. The steel takes trail vibration and knocks without bending out of aim. Find more light mounts and brackets for the rest of your lighting.
