Ruff Rax Modular Roof Rack for RAM 2500 / 3500 (2011-2027) - No Light Bar Cutout

Ruff Rax Roof Rack for the RAM 2500/3500 (2011-2027)

Heavy-duty RAMs carry a lot in the bed, but the cab roof usually sits empty. This Ruff Rax roof rack gives 2011-2027 RAM 2500 and 3500 trucks an aluminum platform up there, in the clean-fascia version without a light bar cutout, ready for a tent, cargo or boards.

It is an aluminum platform rather than steel, which keeps weight off the roof, with stainless black hardware and a textured dual-stage powder coat. The custom extrusions carry channels on both sides for Thule, Yakima, Rhino-Rack and standard T-slot accessories, and integrated holes give lights and other add-ons a place to bolt up. Made for the RAM 2500 / 3500, model years 2011-2027. That covers the Ram 2500 4th Gen (2009 - 2018) and Ram 2500 5th Gen (2019 - Present) and Ram 3500 4th Gen (2009 - 2018) and Ram 3500 5th Gen (2019 - Present). Ruff Rax notes that its roof racks ride on Universal Heavy-Duty Roof Tracks (TP-54), installed professionally by Ruff Rax or a certified installer, and the spec sheet lists the mounting interface for this one as drilling required, so budget for that install before the rack goes on.

Ruff Rax rates the install at beginner level with printed instructions, but assembly is required and two people make it much easier. It comes with 5 crossbars. The noise-reduction strip is sold separately, so add it if wind noise matters to you. Check your rooftop tent or cargo weight against the 330 lb static and 660 lb dynamic limits. This one ships by freight truck, so plan on a delivery appointment. Not sure it fits your setup? Call us at (920) 249-7744 and a real person will check it.
