How to make a Ruff Rax claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

Ruff Rax Billet Aluminum Grab Handles
Climbing onto a roof rack or bed rack usually means grabbing whatever crossbar or edge is closest and hoping your boot holds. These Ruff Rax billet grab handles bolt to the rack or another flat mounting spot and give you a solid handhold for loading gear, reaching a tent or getting in and out on uneven ground.
Each handle is machined from billet aluminum and powder coated, a finish meant to hold its color through hot sun and freezing weather. They mount with the included stainless steel 1/4-20 hardware, which resists corrosion, and come as a pair in black or Earth Grey. Browse more roof rack accessories.
Universal mounting for roof racks, bed racks and other flat surfaces that can take 1/4-20 bolts. Ruff Rax bed racks have integrated holes for grab handles. Check hole spacing against the manufacturer's drawing before you mount.
