How to make a Ruff Rax claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

Ruff Rax Modular Bed Rack for the 2022-2027 Ford Maverick
The Ruff Rax bed rack puts a steel framework over the bed of a 2022-2027 Ford Maverick so you can carry a rooftop tent, awning, fuel, water and other gear up high while keeping the bed floor free. It is modular, so the rack you buy today can be rearranged or added to as the build changes instead of replaced.
The structure is custom steel, E-coated and finished in an OE-texture powder coat for corrosion protection, and its profile follows the body lines of the bed so it looks like it belongs on the truck. Four hybrid MOLLE panels with tapped holes are included for mounting tanks, tools and accessories, and there are mounting holes in the frame for grab handles, lights and brackets. Fits 2022-2027 Ford Maverick trucks with the 4.5 ft bed. It uses a stake pocket mount. Compatibility with tonneau covers has not been confirmed by Ruff Rax yet, so call us before pairing it with a bed cover.
Installation is rated beginner level with printed instructions, but assembly is required and Ruff Rax recommends two people. No drilling is needed: the rack secures with the included clamps, or with sliding blocks on track-style rails. In the box: two base plates, six side uprights, three cross members, two center spines, four hybrid MOLLE panels, and the full hardware kit for the rack and panels.
