How to make a Ruff Rax claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

Ruff Rax Awning Mounts, Set of 3
An awning is a long lever hanging off the side of your rack, and two brackets are not always enough to keep it steady. This set of three mounts attaches an awning to a roof rack or bed rack with an extra support point, spreading the weight of larger or heavier awnings more evenly.
The mounts are made to integrate with Ruff Rax rack systems for a clean, low-profile install, and they are finished in powder coat to deal with vibration and weather. Pick the 7, 11 or 15 inch height to suit your rack and awning. Browse more roof rack accessories.

Each set includes three mounts. The height you need depends on where the awning sits relative to the rack and anything else mounted alongside it, such as a rooftop tent.
