- Be ready to provide photos, video, vehicle details, installation details, proof of purchase and batch information.
- Do not return the product until RIVAL issues return instructions and authorization.
- RIVAL reviews the claim and decides whether a defect exists and which remedy applies.

This Rival hood lift kit raises the hood and holds it up on the Jeep Wrangler (2018-2026) and Jeep Gladiator (2020-2026). It bolts to the factory points with no drilling and uses German-made struts. It suits Jeep owners who work under the hood often.
