Vendor warranty summary
Rival 4x4 Warranty
At a glance: No published warranty term. RIVAL USA reviews reported manufacturing defects case by case; trail damage, scratches and dents are treated as use.
This is Rival 4x4's warranty, not an NVMOS policy. We've summarized it in plain English to save you a search. The manufacturer's official terms always govern and can change without notice. Last reviewed on nvmos.com: November 4, 2026.
What to expect
- Manufacturing defects that RIVAL USA confirms after reviewing the claim
- Possible remedies at RIVAL's determination: replacement components, product replacement, repair or refund
- A product-specific written warranty, where RIVAL provides one, takes priority over the general terms
- Products bought from NVMOS go through NVMOS, and we take the defect claim to RIVAL for you
Usually not covered
- Damage from impact, collision, terrain contact or misuse
- Improper installation, unauthorized modification and improper maintenance
- Competition use and overloading
- Scratches, gouges, dents, deformation and coating damage from use
- Minor cosmetic imperfections and branding variations that do not affect function
- Changes between production versions, or a newer design being released
- Fit problems caused by aftermarket modifications; fitment is based on factory-configuration vehicles
- Labor, towing and other installation-related costs
How to make a Rival 4x4 warranty claim
- Report the problem promptly to the seller you bought from; for NVMOS orders, that is us.
- Be ready to provide photos, video, vehicle details, installation details, proof of purchase and batch information.
- Do not return the product until RIVAL issues return instructions and authorization.
- RIVAL reviews the claim and decides whether a defect exists and which remedy applies.
