REDARC needs proof that the part came from an authorized seller and a written claim within a month of noticing the fault, and it charges for testing if nothing is found wrong. Contact NVMOS first: we have the authorized-dealer receipt, can help you troubleshoot the install before a claim, and will handle the paperwork with REDARC. Have your order number and a few photos of the issue ready, then call or text us at (920) 249-7744 or send us a message.
