ReadyLIFT 6" Lift Kit With Big Bore Knuckles for 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Air Suspension and 22" Wheels
The ReadyLIFT 44-19623 is the 6" lift kit for 2019-2024 Ram 1500 trucks that came with factory air suspension and 22" wheels. It includes big bore cast iron knuckles for the larger wheel bearing. Browse more Ram 1500 parts.
The kit has two crossmembers, four top mount air strut extensions, two Falcon 1.1 monotube rear shocks, a rear panhard bar bracket, two sway bar end links and a skid plate. It allows up to 37x12.50 tires on 9" wheels with 0 offset. 18" wheels cannot be used. See our shock absorbers as well.

2019-2024 Ram 1500 with factory air ride and 22" wheels. Not for non-air-ride trucks, diesel applications or the 3.0-liter twin-turbo Hurricane engine (some late 2024 models). Single cab fitment has not been validated.

Is this only for air ride trucks?
Yes. It is for Ram 1500s with factory air ride and 22" wheels. Use the 44-19601 for non-air-ride trucks.
Can I use 18" wheels?
No. 18" wheels cannot be used with this application.
Does it fit the Hurricane engine?
No. It does not work with the 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline-six Hurricane engine.
What tires fit without trimming?
37x12.50 on a 20x9 wheel with 0 offset.
